Shipping policy

Thanks for your interest in Skye Warren's shop! We're a small family-owned and run business that works out of our home. We love delivering signed books and other bookish goodies to people around the globe. However, we do not have the warehouses and staff of an Amazon warehouse, so we can't provide their turnaround.

Currently we average a 2-business-day shipping window, which means that we ship items an average of 2 business days after we receive the order. Then it takes the actual shipping time where it's with UPS or whoever is handling that to arrive to the customer.

That's pretty fast, but we can't guarantee that it will always happen at that average rate.

You can expect that most orders get packaged and shipped within 2 weeks of placing the order! Again, it usually happens much faster, but that's a nice rule of thumb to set your expectations. If we start moving slower than that, then we will let customers know or pause the shop.

Virtual Signing Exceptions

In the case of a virtual signing, then we may collect all the orders from customers before placing them from the printers. Because Skye Warren has many books out, it's not possible for us to keep large quantities of each one in stock. So this us allows to offer everyone the option to fill their shelves, while we can handle this on the backend without needing our own warehouse. In that case, please refer to the information on the virtual signing to find out when these will most likely ship.

Pre-Order Exceptions

Sometimes you might order something that is labelled PRE ORDER, in which case, it will definitely not ship until it's available. Please check the product information, which usually has a date for when the pre order is expected. However, PRE ORDERS can also be delayed for various reasons.
